Order Online

Ordering online with Jim and Karen Photos is easy and safe. We utilize Pay Pal, a secure server which allows you to utilize a credit card or a direct debit from your account, without sending your secure information to Jim and Karen Photos. You are not required to establish a Pay pal account to place your order and there are no additional fees to you. Alternately, if you are not comfortable with ordering on line, you can order by mail, email, or phone (see below).

Sends us an email with the description and item numbers for the products you wish to order and we will invoice you or fill out the PDF Order Form & put your check or money order in the mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards on orders by mail, email or phone. However, we will accept personal checks or money orders. Please allow additional shipping time for personal checks.

Shipping & Handling

To see what the shipping costs will be on a particular item, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout where the shipping amount will be displayed. If you don't like what you see, simply remove the item from the cart.

If ordering with the Order Form, please include the shipping charges. As a rule, postcards are shipped first class, and larger items will be shipped either UPS OR U.S. Mail, whichever is most economical.

Items will generally be shipped within two business days of receipt of order when a credit card or money order is used. Anticipate a longer shipping time for personal checks.

Where shipping is not specifically listed, add 20% for orders in excess of $20 on all items other than postcards, or where shipping is specifically indicated.

Total+ 20% S & H

Postcards have standard shipping & handling charge of $5.00. For all other items, shipping and handling costs are generally 20% of your order, with the exception of certain large and/or heavy items. If you use Pal Pal the shipping will automatically be calculated. If ordering using the Order Form, please include 20% If you are ordering a large or heavy item, we will advise you any additional charges prior to shipping. As a rule, postcards are shipped media mail, larger items are shipped via UPS.

We accept personal checks or money orders. When ordering by mail or phone, we cannot accept credit cards. To use a credit card please order utilizing our Pal pal shopping basket. Refund Policy
  • As with all artwork,  photographs should not be subject to direct natural lighting. We stand behind our original products & the originality of our work. We will gladly provide credit for any defects in workmanship.
  • Any claims against an order must be made within 5 business days after delivery. Please check your order upon arrival. If you have any problems, please let us know immediately.
  • If we made an error you may call us (within 5 days) for correction, credit or refund.
  • It is your responsibility for the transportation to get the product back to us.  If the item is defective the return shipping back to you is at no charge.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Jim and Karen Photos are not liable for damage or loss in transit. If this should happen, shipment must NOT be accepted until the transportation company makes note on the bill or delivery receipt indicating the extent of the damage or shortage. File your claim directly with the carrier. To properly handle a claim, please keep all shipping cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection by the shipper. Otherwise, the shipper may not honor your claim. Notify us that you have filed a claim with the shipper and initiate arrangements for replacement.
